Conditioning Workout Idea Generator

I built this tool to generate short, intense circuits that will make me tired.

Don't do these workouts if you can't do a couple pull-up negatives, or if you can't do a squat, or if you can't run a mile, or if you're injured. Decide your own rest periods and dumbbell weights. If you don't have a piece of equipment, uncheck it. Warm up thoroughly. Don't use this as your primary workout regimen—for most people, conditioning should be secondary to strength and mobility training.
